Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

Non-Returnable Items

• Soft plastic lures (opened)
• Custom or personalized items
• Gift cards
• Items marked as final sale

How to Start a Return

Contact us at support@primeangling.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
